Q. How much money will we get?
A. We advance money in multiples of $5,000 (eg; $5000, $10000, $15000...) to a maximum value of 40% of your next projected bulk funding payment. We do this so you do not receive and spend too much of the payment too early which could leave you short in later months.

Q. When will I know if my application has been approved?
A. We have a 2 hour approval response time - that is, as soon as we receive your application and supporting information by fax, we will fax you confirmation within 2 hours.

Q. How long will it take before we receive the funds?
A. We electronically transfer the funds into your bank account the day we receive the direct debit form in the post. This is almost always the day following your application.

Q. Is this a simple process?
A. Very much so. It is absolutely nothing like seeking a bank loan!

Q. Can I use this service more than once? 
A. Yes. You can use NZ Childcare Finance as often as you choose - it is entirely up to you.

Q. Can any centre use this service?
A. No. We are proud to be aligned to both the Early Childhood Council and to ChildForum Early Childhood Network and work only with each of their members.

Q. Will I or my centre be locked into long term agreements?
A. No. Other than the standard loan term agreement which expires after the loan is repaid, there are no locked in term contracts.
